For 29 years, NYU employees have been unwavering in their support of the NYU Community Fund and the United Way of NYC by contributing to the NYU Combined Campaign.
Full-time faculty, staff, and administrators can support local charities via payroll deduction or through a one-time donation via personal check or credit card. The organizations supported by the campaign are dedicated to a variety of causes including encouraging at-risk young people to stay in school, providing services for the elderly, feeding the hungry, providing affordable health care, and supporting literacy and ESL programs.
Since the project began, NYU employees have contributed more than $2.5 million in support of nonprofit organizations in Lower Manhattan and throughout the five boroughs. The NYU Combined Campaign ends January 13, 2012. Employees can make their donation by visiting www.nyu.edu/community.fund
