A record 39 recipients of the 70th Annual Peabody Awards were announced. The winners were chosen by the Peabody board as the best in electronic media for the year 2010 and announced March 31. The 70th annual Peabody Awards ceremony will take place May 23, 2011 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City.
