Tisch Asia Marks First 3D Film Shoot at NYU

On Friday, March 12, NYU Tisch Asia’s Graduate Film program celebrated a momentous day when the first stereoscopic 3D film-shoot on Tisch Asia’s three-year old campus took place. It was also the first in the history of NYU and the Tisch School of the Arts.

Final Group Show for Class of 2010 in NYU’s Department of Photography & Imaging Goes on View

The Department of Photography & Imaging in the Kanbar Institute of Film and Television at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts has announced the year-end show of works by the graduating class of 2010 will be April 27 – May 15. Entitled Photography & Imaging BFA Exhibition, the show will feature approximately 200 works selected from the students’ thesis projects, representing the visual and conceptual diversity of the 31 members of this year’s graduating class.

Do frequent arguments between parents and an unstable home environment contribute to oral and systemic health problems, as well as to psychological stress? Researchers from the NYU College of Dentistry and Stony Brook University are examining this question with the help of a two-year, $1 million grant from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, part of NIH.
