About Outis: What do you get when you combine the genius poetry of Edgar Allan Poe with the brilliant music of Ludwig van Beethoven? The answer: Outis Released in January 2009 for the Poe Bicentennial, Outis creates the illusion of two of the most influential artists of the Romantic Period being in a rock band together. Songs include: Lenore, combining Beethoens Lenore Overture No. 3, Op. 72a and the words to Poes Lenore; Alone Within a Dream combining Beethovens Symphony No.7 in A, Op.92 II Allegretto and the words to Poes Alone and A Dream Within a Dream; among others.
