On Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20 there will be periodic street closures and parking restrictions as per the New York City Mayors Office of Film, Theater, and Broadcasting in and around the Washington Square Park vicinity. These closures and restrictions will affect both vehicular and pedestrian traffic during the filming of a motion picture. Additionally, temporary parking restrictions as per the Mayors Office of Film, Theater, and Broadcasting will be posted in and around Washington Square Park.

Thursday, March 19
From approximately 6 a.m. to approximately 8 p.m. there will be periodic street closures of the following streets to vehicular traffic:
- Washington Square East; Washington Place from Washington Square East to Broadway; Washington Square West; Washington Place from 6th Avenue to Washington Square West; West 4th Street from 6th Avenue to Broadway
Washington Square North is subject to closures at this time, but there may be periodic holds on vehicular traffic while scenes are being shot on Washington Square East.
In addition, from approximately 6 a.m. to approximately 8 p.m., pedestrian traffic will be held or diverted in these areas for periods ranging from five to 20 minutes while scenes are being filmed.
Friday, March 20-Saturday, March 21
From approximately 6 a.m. on March 20 to approximately 2 a.m. on March 21 there will be periodic street closures of the following streets to vehicular traffic:
- Washington Square East; Washington Place from Washington Square East to Broadway; West 4th Street from 6th Avenue to Broadway
During this time, Mercer Street vehicular traffic will be diverted at Waverly Place.
Washington Square North is not subject to closures at this time, but there may be periodic holds on vehicular traffic while scenes are being shot on Washington Square East.
In addition, from approximately 10 a.m. on March 20 to approximately 2 a.m. on March 21, pedestrian traffic will be held or diverted in these areas for periods ranging from five to 20 minutes while scenes are being filmed.
Wednesday, March 18 and Saturday, March 21
On Wednesday, March 18 (8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.) and Saturday, March 21 (7 a.m.-2 p.m.) pedestrian traffic will be restricted and street parking will be reduced as the film crew preps (March 18) and breaks down (March 21) the sites where filming will occur: Washington Square East; Washington Place from Washington Square East to Broadway; Washington Square West; Washington Place from 6th Avenue to Washington Square West; West 4th Street from 6th Avenue to Broadway.
