Michael Ratner, president of the Center for Constitutional Rights, and Anthony Romero, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union, will join New York attorney Joshua Dratel and Karen J. Greenberg, executive director of the Center on Law and Security, to discuss Dratels and Greenbergs new co-edited book, The Enemy Combatants Papers: American Justice, the Courts, and the War on Terror. The book presents the five major enemy combatant cases of the post-9/11 era in narrative form and sheds light on the legal, political, and military issues that have dominated the search for balance between justice and security in the war on terror.
