Renowned Restaurateur and TV Personality Shares Secrets of “Brand Success” at Largest Annual Gathering of Hotel and Tourism Executives

Emeril Lagasse, the widely popular chef, cookbook author, restaurant owner and star of the Food Network, will share his secrets for building and marketing a brand at the 29th Annual NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, to be held June 3 to June 5, 2007 at the New York Marriott Marquis Times Square hotel in New York City.
Mr. Lagasse will be interviewed by Jonathan Tisch before an audience of leading hospitality and real estate executives at the Conference.
The International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, hosted by New York University’s Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management, is the largest forum of its kind where more than 2,000 hotel CEOs, analysts and other hospitality leaders gather to discuss the current state, significant growth and major developments in the industry.
