New York University sociologist Richard Arum, author of Judging School Discipline (Harvard University Press) and historian Jonathan Zimmerman, author of Who’s America: Culture Wars in the Public Schools (Harvard UP) are both available to comment on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Morse v.
