Moore, director of the Graduate Music Business Program at NYU’s Department of Music and Performing Arts Professions, has been an expert witness for the Federal Trade Commission in an anti-trust matter related to joint ventures and price/advertising manipulation. Moore started in the music business in 1981, managing a retail store in Liverpool, England. Since then, she has been sales manager for Harmonia Mundi Records in London, international marketing manager for Nimbus Records at its Welsh headquarters, and a marketing director for A&M Records in New York.
