Fernández de Kirchner, senator for the province of Buenos Aires and a presidential candidate in the upcoming Argentine elections, will discuss transitional justice with Judge Garzón, judge of the Spanish Audiencia Nacional (High Criminal Court), in the annual Emilio Mignone Lecture on Transitional Justice on Mon., Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. at New York University s School of Law.
