• WHAT: “No Boundaries: Privatization Facing the Wave of Global Capital” is the theme of the 39th Annual Conference on Capital Markets in Real Estate, sponsored by the New York University Real Estate Institute.

This yearly conference attracts the world’s top real estate investors, financiers, and developers. Featured speakers and panelists in these industries will offer their insights into the risks and opportunities presented by the current economic situation.

Among the highlights this year are panel discussions on privatization, debt capital markets, structured finance, global capital, New York real estate, and private equity.
