Author Peter Bergen will discuss how Al Qaeda changed into a more virtual, less hierarchial and organized entity after the Sept. 11 attacks at New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences on Wed., April 5, 3:45 p.m.-4:45 p.m. (Warren Weaver Hall, Room 109, 251 Mercer St. [at West 4th St.]). Bergen, the author of Holy War, Inc: Inside the Secret World of Bin Laden and, most recently, The Osama Bin Laden I Know, is one of the few Westerners to have met Osama Bin Laden.
