In an effort to make strides in international development, the United Nations set targets for its members in areas including poverty alleviation, reduction in child mortality, and the promotion of gender equality to be completed by the year 2015. The International Public Service Association at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, will explore the goals at its 2005 conference.
