In accordance with a resolution passed by New York University’s University Senate on March 3, NYU today sent a letter to E. Neville Isdell, chairman and CEO of the Coca-Cola Company, requesting that Coca-Cola participate in a forum to be convened by the Worker Rights Consortium (WRC) to address allegations of the company’s complicity in human rights violations. The letter also asks Coca-Cola to agree to cooperate with an investigation of the allegations by the WRC, if that organization is willing to conduct one.
