On June 21, a forum on the current progress and policies to improve the nutrition and physical activity of New Yorkers will be presented by New York University’s Steinhardt School of Education and its Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health, in partnership with the Public Health Association of New York City (PHANYC), and the NYC Nutrition Education Network (NYCNEN).
This free event will take place on Tuesday, June 21 at 110 West 3rd Street, Lipton Hall, NYU School of Law from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The forum is one of PHANYC’s “Agenda for a Healthy New York” initiatives aimed to identify policy goals that will improve the health of New York City residents, and then advocate for the implementation of those policies.
