On Friday, December 3, at 7 p.m., NYU s Saskia Hintz will discuss “Umarmung der Meridiane: Aspekte deurtscher Migrantenliteratur’” in German.
On Tuesday, December 7, at 7 p.m., NYU Deutsches Haus Writer-in-Residence Yoko Tawada reads from her work. Japanese-born Tawada has lived in Hamburg, Germany, since 1982. She is the author of several books including Where EuropeBegins, Opium for Ovid: A Pillow Book of 22 Women, and A Guest.
