New York University’s School of Continuing and professional Studies’ Center for Finance, Law, and Taxation presents a two day conference, “Institute on State and Local Taxation,” December 2-3, 2004, at The Marriott Marquis, NYC. For hundreds of tax practitioners, the NYU Institute on State and Local Taxation is the event of the year. The institute addresses all major areas of state and local taxation including: significant pending cases; the streamlined sales tax project; sales, use, and other transaction taxes; multistate taxes; tax compliance and tax shelters; and federal nexus legislation. The Institute provides the perfect setting to meet practitioners from across the country.
