AVIATION SYMPOSIUM TO FEATURE TOP ELECTED OFFICIALS, AIRPORT MANAGERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND AIRLINE EXECUTIVES

On Tuesday, June 20th, New York University will hold a timely conference addressing current aviation-related issues such as national and worldwide industry trends; airport, transportation and infrastructure plans in the New York metropolitan region; financial issues in the airline industry and future regional aviation plans. Symposium participants will include senior federal and state officials, airport managers, airline executives, service providers, and infrastructure experts. The conference, titled “The Future of Aviation in the New York Metropolitan Region,” is sponsored by the Center for Transportation Policy and Management at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, in affiliation with the Empire State Development Corporation and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. It will include presentations from 12 speakers with ample opportunity for dialogue with the audience.
The daylong conference will be held on Tuesday, June 20th, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at NYU’s Bobst Library (70 Washington Square South, 12th Floor, New York City).
The Aviation Symposium will feature such distinguished speakers as:
