acts as the T-Faculty Senators Council counterpart to the Academic Affairs Committee of the University Senate; interacts with the NYU Center for Teaching Excellence; proposes, develops, and implements new programs to enhance faculty participation in campus and student life

The Committee met on September 26, 2016 and undertook the review of two sets of documents: the recently issued policy on “Protection of Minors” and the guidelines for dealing with applicants for undergraduate admissions who have self-identified on the Common Application as having had a prior criminal record.
