Jess DePasquale

Jess DePasquale is the Program Administrator for the Work Life office supporting various projects across the scope of the team's work. Before joining the team, Jess worked for 3 years for the NYC Department of Education to support the expansion of universal childcare under the 3-K and Pre-K for All initiatives. Her work supported community based childcare and sought to make the partnership between these organizations and the city a more equitable. 

Prior to joining the Department of Education, Jess earned her MPA from SUNY Buffalo State and her BA in International Relations and Spanish from Canisius College of Buffalo. She is currently pursuing an MA in Urban Studies at the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies with a focus in community leadership and solidarity movements. She is passionate about immigrant justice and has volunteered her time with advocacy organizations such as Make the Road NY and the New York Immigration Coalition
