Making life simpler so you can be your best
As part of NYU’s commitment to improving the well-being of its faculty members and administrators, the Work Life office serves as the bridge between university-wide policy and the unique needs of NYU employees. We aim to create a culture of support by providing personalized, forward-thinking guidance to help you find harmony in both work and life.

Work Life Highlights:
- This April, Work Life will be hosting drop-in "office hours" for faculty to ask quick questions about various work-life issues.
- If you're a manager, check out Work Life's resources for managing during COVID-19, which includes easy-to-implement practices like Kinder Emailing and No-Camera Fridays
- For the months of March and April, Bright Horizons will be waiving co-pay fees for back-up care services for children and adults, so eligible employees will be able to access free in-home and center-based care (space permitting).
