Gracy Sarkissian is the Executive Director of the Wasserman Center for Career Development and is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the organization. She brings over 15 years of experience in career development, admissions, and higher education administration. Gracy is committed to increasing access to career support and preparing students to launch meaningful careers. Through innovative career education and experiential learning programs, employer partnerships, and individualized coaching, she and the Wasserman team equip students and graduates with the skills, experiences, and connections required to succeed now and in the future.

Gracy’s leadership extends beyond the Wasserman Center and her work has been recognized by the National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). She has shared her insights on the future of work and hiring on Bloomberg News, MIT Technology Review’s In Machine’s We Trust podcast, and across various print publications. Gracy serves on the NYC Mayor’s Office Talent Coalition, NACE Career Readiness Task Force, the Provost’s Disability, Inclusion, and Accessibility working group, and is a past member of NACE’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Gracy earned both her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees at New York University.
