STUDENT AFFAIRS CONFERENCE
Friday, February 17, 2023 | 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Students: There is no charge for any undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at a university. Registration may be verified.
- Staff & Faculty: $25.00 + service fee (total cost = $28.77)
** While we cannot issue a refund, you may have someone substitute in your place. The last day to register is Friday, February 10, 2023. The last day to modify and/or substitute your registration is Monday, February 13, 2023.
Registration fees are payable by credit card, check and NYU Internal Transfer. Credit cards accepted are American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Registration fees are non-refundable but participant substitutions may be made. The registration fee includes conference registration, morning coffee, and reception (alcoholic beverages are not included).
No on-site registration will be available.
GETTING TO NYU
We recommend taking Public Transportation to campus as parking can be a challenge. On-street parking is very limited but there are local parking garages available.
Since this is a one-day conference, arrangements have not been made with any local hotels for room blocks or special rates.
While we have always been lucky in the past with the weather forecast, our conference is held in February during the winter months. If New York University is closed, the Student Affairs Conference would be cancelled with no refund. For all weather related updates, please visit the NYU Homepage and/or listen to local news stations.

What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted.
Where do I send my check and who is the check made out to?
Checks should be payable to New York University. Please send a copy of your registration with your enclosed check.

How do I pay by NYU Internal Transfers?
Select "pay by invoice" during payment. Please attach a copy of your registration with your Account Numbers, including your (Account, Fund, Organization, and Program Codes) to Kerri Smith at email@example.com. Example: GXXXX -XX-XXXXX-XXXXX
I need to modify my registration, how do I do this?
You have until Monday, February 13th to modify your reservation.
I can no longer attend the conference, can I get a refund?
While we cannot issue a refund, you have until Monday, February 13th to choose someone to attend in your place.
Can I register a group of individuals?
You will have the opportunity to add additional group members in the registration process and add information for each individual.
I have a dietary restriction; how can I inform the conference committee?
During registration you will be asked if you have a dietary restriction. We make every effort to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
Are there gender-neutral restrooms available?
Gender-neutral restrooms are located on floors 2, 3, and 4 in the hallway leading to the Global Center for Academic and Spiritual Life from the Kimmel Center. There is also a single stall restroom on the first floor of the Kimmel Center to the left of the elevators.
Will there be water available at the conference?
To reflect NYU’s commitment to sustainability we encourage all participants to bring water bottles with them. There are water fountains and filling stations located by the restrooms on each floor as well as in the Marketplace on the 3rd floor.
Will there be printed copies of the conference schedule available during the conference?
To reflect NYU’s commitment to sustainability we encourage all participants to utilize our conference app or print out a copy of the schedule prior to arriving at the conference. Information regarding the conference app and a conference schedule will be sent to participants prior to the conference.
