Carina Kleter serves as Program Coordinator in the Office of Academic Program Review & Assessment at New York University (NYU), where she supports the Senior Director of Academic Authorization & Accreditation by providing analytical, research, data, and operational support to facilitate New York State Education Department (NYSED) and multi-state authorization compliance across all NYU programs.
Carina came to NYU from the nonprofit sector, supporting a Tampa-based capacity building organization, providing project management and critical operational support across their spectrum of professional development and peer connection opportunities.
Prior to that role, Carina served for several years on The New School’s accreditation team, playing an integral part in supporting accreditation and registration compliance for Parsons’ undergraduate curriculum overhaul, and implementing a standardized process for new program proposals at the university-wide level.
Carina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida (USF). She is delighted to be back in an academic environment at a prestigious university in one of the greatest cities in the world.
