Vice Provost Clay Shirky works at the intersection of NYU's academic goals and technological capabilities. Working closely with NYU's Information Technology group, he works on helping NYU adapt to the challenges and opportunities presented by generative AI, and on the design and delivery of online courses and online and low-residency degrees.
