Project Summary

The 370 Jay Street renovation project requires a full gut renovation of the sixty-year old former MTA office building. The total gross building renovation area is approximately 500,000 square feet. The building will accommodate many of the University's science, technology, education, and start-up programs. For more information click here

Minority Business Enterprise: 12%

Women Business Enterprise : 5%
