Katlyn Martin received her J.D., summa cum laude, and M.S. in Government Organization and Leadership from Creighton University School of Law in 2023 where she served as a Student Articles Editor for the Creighton Law Review. Before law school, she attended Saint Louis University and received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science. Most recently, Katlyn participated in an externship with the Department of Education, Office of the General Counsel. In this role, she conducted legal research relating to loan forgiveness and borrower defense cases, and assisted with regulatory interpretation and capacity building for post-secondary education. Previously, Katlyn was a Summer Associate at Baird Holm LLP in Omaha, Nebraska.
