Welcome Week kicks off the year with helpful (and fun!) programs for new freshman, transfer, and graduate students. Held the week before classes begin, Welcome Week provides all new students with a great opportunity to learn about NYU and NYC, and you’ll meet lots of new people in the process. Although some students will be attending their individual school orientation during Welcome Week, there are plenty of activities, especially in the evening, to supplement the school’s orientation schedule. Look for the Welcome Week Program Guide in the mail early in August.
