ALL applications for review (including new applications, requests for continuing review, amendments to approved studies), should be submitted electronically via e-mail attachment to: apply.humansubjects@nyu.edu.

If you have already submitted an application for review and the UCAIHS office requested revisions, please submit your response to: revise.humansubjects@nyu.edu. Please reference the application’s human subjects study number (HS#) in the subject line of your e-mail.
