What's with All of Those Books on Food?
In celebration of the Dalia Carmel Collection, just donated to New York University’s Fales Collection by Ms. Carmel, a panel discussion entitled “What’s with All of Those Books on Food? The Current Explosion of Relevant Writings” will take place in NYU’s Bobst Library. Fales is home to one of the largest and most prestigious food studies archives in the United States.
