As you may know, President-designate John Sexton, following discussions with Martin Lipton, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and current President L. Jay Oliva, formed a University Presidential Transition Team. The charge of the Transition Team is to develop strategies that will help NYU to achieve excellence and to move firmly into the top tier of universities. The Transition Team formed four committees to address a number of issues that were identified as central to the achievement of this goal. Our Committee, the Student Enrollment, Financial Aid and Housing Committee, is charged with looking at issues related to the quality of the student body as well as the quality of their experience at NYU.
In order to help us in this process, we would like to ask you to take a few minutes to respond to this brief survey. We would like to learn about what students have found to be both positive and negative in their experience as students at NYU. The information that is collected will be used to guide the committee in developing initiatives that enhance the quality of the student experience at the University.
On behalf of the Transition Team, we would like to thank you for taking the
time to participate in this survey.
