Moving Image Archiving and Preservation Program Offers Part–time Track
Full-time Program Deadline: December 1st, 2009
Part-time Program Deadline: February 1st, 2010
Designed with the working professional in mind, NYU's Moving Image Archiving and Preservation (MIAP) Program will be offering a part–time track starting fall 2010.
Since 2003, MIAP has been training future professionals to manage preservation-level collections of film, video, new media, and other types of digital works through a rigorous, two–year program of study. The new part–time track allows added flexibility in the curriculum, as the required 64 credits can now be completed over four years, with students taking eight credits per semester.
Applications for fall 2010 admission into the part-time program are due February 1, 2010.
