Sharon La Bella-Lindale, BFA 1987
Sharon La Bella-Lindale received her MFA from the Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM) at Massachusetts College of Art (MASSArt) in 1993. Using her own images as well as family snapshots she tells stories about her family and life, most recently including stories about having a family. Exhibitions include: Lillian Immig Gallery, Emmanuel College; Massachusetts College of Art; Photographic Resource Center; and Artists Foundation Gallery, all in Boston, MA; The Bronfman Center, New York University; The Warwick Museum of Art, Warwick, RI; Florida Center for Contemporary Art, Tampa, FL; Instituto Chileno Norteamericano, Santiago, Chile. At MASSart, she became a member of the Tea Group, a group of six women artists who continue to meet, correspond, organize shows, and support each other’s work and lives. She lives in Northfield, MA.
