Biography
Ms. Luedtke designs lighting for live entertainment, corporate events, and architectural projects. Theatrical Design and Associate credits include Covent Garden, Rome Opera, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Brooklyn Academy of Music, the Village Voice Obie Awards, and numerous Off- and Off-Off Broadway productions. Ms. Luedtke has worked for Disney on Ice, Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, and the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, among others. She served as Resident Assistant Lighting Designer for the Lyric Opera of Chicago. With design one corporation, her projects ranged from designing for Tumi and Oscar de la Renta, to coordinating equipment and labor for an interactive video installation in Union Square Park. She previously served as the Associate Production Manager for the Department of Drama and has production managed events such as Aurelia's Oratorio at NYU’s Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. She has held varied positions from Assistant Technical Director, Stage Manager and Lighting Installation Supervisor to Site Liaison. Ms. Luedtke has lectured at DePaul University and the University of Iowa and formerly taught a Technical Theatre/ Design workshop for DreamYard Drama Project. Ms. Luedtke holds a BFA with Honors in Technical Production from New York University.
