Registration priority for CORE courses will be given to NYU College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) students. Other students will be able to register as space remains available. Please pay close attention to course notes displayed in Albert. NYU students in schools outside of CAS can often fulfill some CORE course requirements with approved course equivalencies from courses sponsored by other departments. Students should be sure to consult with their academic advisor regarding these options. Steinhardt students can find a list of equivalencies on the Steinhardt Global webpage.

Online Courses available to Study Away Students

Students are encouraged to consider complementing their local course load by enrolling in an online course. Some of NYU's online course opportunities are highlighted below. Please keep in mind that you must also be enrolled in at least 12 credits of courses at your study away site, and that online course commitments should not interfere with your attendance in local classes and required program activities (including orientation).
