The NYUCard (photo ID) is a multi-purpose photo identification card issued to all NYU residents. This card allows access to the residence halls, dining halls, athletic facilities, administrative buildings, and campus transportation.

Residents must obtain their NYUCard in the four days following their scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the resident's Summer Housing License. Information about obtaining an NYUCard can be found here.

For security purposes, all residents are required to have their NYUCard in their possession at all times. Once a resident obtains an NYUCard, he/she must also obtain a summer validation sticker from their residence hall for hall access.
