What To Expect

Check-in begins at 9:00 AM on the Sunday of the week that your reservation begins. Earlier check-in times are not available.

To check in, proceed directly to your assigned residence hall. Upon arrival, you will asked to produce a valid form of photo identification. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive your specific room assignment and will be issued your room keys as well as a welcome packet.  You will also be asked to sign a registration card confirming your check-in.

Reservations are held until the Thursday following your Sunday check-in date. If you fail to check in by Thursday or provide notification to Summer Housing that your arrival date has changed, your reservation will be cancelled with a $500 penalty.
