Request A Building Or Room Change

If you would like to change to a different room within your current hall, you must go to the manager’s office in your residence hall and speak with a staff member.

If you would like to request a move to another hall or to change to a different room type within your hall (for example, from a double to a single room), you must submit a change request in writing, by mail or by fax. Please use the change request form.

Notice of an approved change, including the effective date, will be sent to you by mail or by e-mail.

Failure to move out of an existing assignment by the effective date of the new assignment could result in charges for occupying two spaces.
