Changing Your Assignment
If you would like to change to a different room within your current hall, you must go to the manager’s office in your residence hall and speak with a staff member.
If you would like to request a move to another hall or to change to a different room type within your hall (for example, from a double to a single room), you must submit a change request using our online change request form:

Once reviewed, you will be notified by email of the status of your request. Building/assignment change request forms will be reviewed beginning in April 2009.
Failure to move out of an existing assignment by the effective date of the new assignment could result in charges for occupying two spaces.
