NYU Summer Housing offers two group housing options, long-term and short-term housing
| LONG-TERM GROUP HOUSING | SHORT-TERM GROUP HOUSING |
|---|---|
Long term group housing is available for groups and organizations with between 10 and 60 program participants seeking housing for a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of eleven or twelve weeks.
Residents of long-term group housing are not required to be enrolled in summer classes at NYU, however, priority for reservations is given to NYU programs. The 2009 Summer Housing program begins on Sunday, May 17, 2009 and ends on Saturday, August 8, 2009. Reservations are made by calendar week, Sunday to Saturday. Only NYU summer programs may request to check-in on Sunday, May 17, 2009. All non-NYU summer programs may request to check-in on Sunday, May 24, 2009 or later. |
Short term group housing, or conference housing, is available to NYU affiliated programs and conferences only. Short-term group housing allows NYU affiliated programs and conferences to reserve residence hall space for programs whose participants need housing for less than three weeks. There is no minimum stay for short-term group housing. The 2009 Summer Housing program begins on Sunday, May 17, 2009 and ends on Saturday, August 8, 2009. Short-term group housing availability may be limited from late June through mid July due to summer orientation programs for incoming first-year students. |
