Our current application processing time is five business days. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee assignment.
In order to check your application status online, you must have either your NYU identification number or your summer housing application confirmation number. If you do not have either of these, please contact our office to speak with a representative.

Applicants who have been assigned to Summer Housing will receive a confirmation packet by mail at the address designated on their initial application. Applicants who do not receive a Summer Housing assignment will be contacted by mail or by email as soon as it is determined that NYU Summer Housing is unable to process the application. This would occur if NYU Summer Housing does not have availability to accommodate the specific application.
Important Note: Claims of not receiving an assignment confirmation do not negate the terms agreed upon when submitting the application.
