Activities/Events
We have an array of exciting activities planned for precollege students throughout the six-weeks of the program. These activities will enable you to get to know the other students in the program, explore New York City, be creative, and have some fun!
In addition to activities, each night students will have the option of study and recreation time. Below are some examples of the kinds of activities in which you can participate. This list is tentative and a confirmed schedule of activities will be provided at orientation.

These are 1-2 hour sessions facilitated by summer staff as well as faculty and outside guests.

College Planning Series and College Fair:
The NYU undergraduate Admissions Office will conduct a series of seminars to make students more comfortable with the college search and admissions process. Seminars will include:

- Creating your Application Profile
- Preparing for Campus Visits
- Getting to NYU
A College Fair with over 60 universities from around the country will take place in our NYU Kimmel Center on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, time TBA.
