Academic Changes
The policies, requirements, course offerings, schedules, activities, tuition, fees, and calendar of the schools and their departments and programs set forth herein are subject to change without notice at any time at the sole discretion of the administration. Such changes may be of any nature, including, but not limited to, the elimination of a school or college, programs, classes, or activities; the relocation of or modification of the content of any of the foregoing; and the cancellation of scheduled classes or other academic activities.
Payment of tuition or attendance at any classes shall constitute a student's acceptance of the administration's rights as set forth in the above paragraph.
Arrears Policy
The University reserves the right to deny registration and withhold all information regarding the record of any student who is in arrears in the payment of tuition, fees, loans, or other charges (including charges for housing, dining, or other activities or services) for as long as any arrears remain.
Discipline
Students are expected to familiarize themselves and to comply with the rules of conduct, academic regulations, and established practices of the University and of the school in which they are enrolled. If, pursuant to such rules, regulations, or practices, the withdrawal of a student is required before the end of the term for which tuition has been paid, a refund will be made according to the standard schedule for refunds.
