Wire Transfer Instructions
Individuals who are unable or who do not wish to pay via check, money order, or credit card may make payment via wire transfer.
If you would like to wire funds directly to NYU, please follow the steps below:
- Complete all sections of the registration form. In the payment method section, check the box for "wire transfer."
- Mail or fax your registration form to the Office of Summer Sessions.
- Once we receive your form, we will email you the wire transfer instructions and your NYU Student ID number, which you will need in order to complete the transfer.
- Carefully follow the instructions for completing the wire transfer. Be sure to add the processing fee of $XX to the total amount of tuition and fees to be transfered.
- IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the wire transfer, you MUST contact the Office of Summer Sessions at 212-998-2292. We cannot process your registration until payment is received, and we will NOT check for your payment with the Bursar unless you inform us that the funds have been sent to NYU. Please note that failure to contact us after completing the transfer may result in you losing a spot in your desired course(s).
- Once you contact our office to let us know the funds were transferred, we will verify receipt of payment with the Bursar's Office. It may take a few days for the funds to be received. When your funds arrive, we will process your registration, and an email confirmation will then be sent to you, letting you know your registration has been completed.
