Program Cancellations


How to Cancel/Withdraw
Whether your application is pending or you have already been offered admission, all cancellations must be submitted in writing (mail or email) before the program begins. The email address for program contacts can be found within individual program descriptions. Cancellation notices must contain first and last name, the program title and location, and the reason for cancelling.

Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. An applicant who cancels after submitting a deposit must forfeit the deposit.

Individuals who cancel once a program begins will be responsible for paying a portion of the program tuition and housing charges.
