Sponsorship can be
through the purchase of merchandise, gift certificates, or by direct monetary
donation. The IRHC reserves the right to final consent of sponsorship. All
contributions will be acknowledged during their appropriate time during the
event. The minimum amount for a sponsorship to be recognized is 500.
Gold— A sponsorship worth between 500 and 999 dollars will receive the following benefits:
The sponsor will receive an honorable
mention and "thank you" over the public address system during
the event.
The sponsor can display their brochure or
menu at our sponsorship table.
The sponsor’s name will be placed on the
IRHC website for the remaining academic year.
Platinum— A sponsorship worth
between 1000 and 2499 dollars will receive the following benefits:
Benefits of a Gold sponsor.
The sponsor can display a banner at the
event.
The sponsor’s logo will be placed on the
IRHC website for the remaining academic year.
The sponsor will have their company’s
name/logo placed on the event posters which will be seen by over 12,000
students and residents.
Violet— A sponsorship worth
more than 2500 dollars will receive the following benefits:
Benefits of a Platinum sponsor.
The sponsor’s logo placed on the IRHC
website will have a link to the sponsor’s website.
The sponsor will be invited to the event to
accept a plaque of appreciation.
The sponsor will be given tabling rights for
marketing purposes at the event.
