Hi! My name is Niki Montazaran and I am one of
your Residential Advocacy Chairs of the IRHC! I'm from Long Island,
specifically a town called Commack. Back in Commack I lived with my
parents and my two dogs, Sugar and Lola. In high school I was very
involved in the dance team as well as a debate team called Model
Congress. Now that I've come to NYU, I've found my home in residential
life and greek life. I am a sister of the Alpha Chapter of the Deta Phi
Epsilon sorority. My first experience with residential life at NYU was
through my FYRE residence hall, Brittany, where I was the president. My
goal this year is to hear the voices of the residents of NYU, and bring
about the changes that they want to see. Additionally, I hope to change
the pet policy in the NYU residence halls. Maybe Housie Maguire can
have a Doggie Maguire!
