Members of fraternities
and sororities interact with the overall student government system through
the Inter-Greek Council (IGC), a UCSL
committee and the Inter-Fraternity Council (IFC), a committee of the
IGC. The IGC is an umbrella organization responsible for considering matters
regarding fraternities and sororities registered with the NYU Office of
Student Activities.
