September 14
Last Day to Change Meal Plan
Meal plan changes may only be made by submitting the online form via NYUHome > "Housing Forms" log-in channel > Housing Forms options. Forms must be submitted by the deadline. Residents of traditional- style halls (Founders Hall, Brittany, Goddard, Hayden, Rubin, and Weinstein) must maintain a meal plan that includes a minimum of 10 meals per week or a 175 Flex plan. Meal plan changes and cancellations are not retroactive and become effective the first Sunday following submission of the online form.
September 30
Health Insurance Enrollment/Waiver Deadline
Most students are automatically enrolled in an NYU-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan. Students can use the online process to change their NYU plan option or to waive the NYU plans if they maintain alternate insurance coverage that meets the University's criteria at www.nyu.edu/health/insurance.

Parents Day
Parents of new freshmen and transfer students are invited to attend this one-day program of workshops and receptions hosted by individual schools and Student Affairs offices.
