This month begins the flow of summer communications related to health, financial responsibilities, on-campus housing, and school registration information.

Upon Deposit

Residential Life and Housing Services Application E-mail

Freshmen who are interested in living on campus must complete the online application and submit the $1000 housing reservation payment by May 1* to guarantee placement for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Transfers
Guaranteed housing for transfer students, if available, will be offered at the time of admission to the University. New transfer students who are not guaranteed housing upon admission will be able to complete the non-renewable (non-guaranteed) housing application.

New Student Sendoff Registration Opens

Held annually prior to the Fall semester, Sendoffs are an opportunity for new students and their parents to meet other from their area before arriving at NYU in August.  Hosted by current NYU families and NYU alumni, these casual receptions give you the opportunity to network with fellow students, learn what to expect when you arrive at NYU, and ask all of your last-minute questions.

Financial Responsibilities / Resources Mailing*

This mailing contains important information regarding the cost of attendance, financial aid, billing and payment options using NYU's eSuite in Albert (NYU's online student information service), payment plans, and the tuition insurance program. 

For additional questions, contact the NYU Office of the Bursar (billing, payments) or the Office of Financial Aid (financial assistance).

Health Responsibilities and Resources Mailing

This mailing contains a letter of introduction to Student Health at NYU and a checklist for mandatory and suggested actions to take before students arrive on campus, as well as instructions and tips for completing health forms, immunization requirements, and other health related prerequisites.
