Academic Resource Center (ARC)

For academic support services, the ARC offers tutoring, cross-school advising, and resources for when you don’t know where to go with academic navigation questions. ARC is also home to the University Learning Center, and and the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) and Collegiate Science and Technology Program (CSTEP).

Academic advisement begins and is centered in a student’s school. Because each student's needs differ and change, academic advising at NYU is multi-layered and available through multiple access points. Undergraduate Admissions

Bookstore and Computer Store

The Bookstore carries textbooks, general trade books, school supplies, and NYU clothing.
The NYU Computer Store carries computer hardware, software, accessories and iPods at

Office of the Bursar

Responsible for billing and collections (via eSuite in Albert) of all tuition, housing, dining, and fees associated with attending NYU, and administers payment plans and the Tuition Insurance Program.   |   1-212-998-2806

Dining Services

Office of Financial Aid

Provides guidance regarding Federal, state and University financial aid available to NYU students. Financial Aid is made available to eligible students in the form of grants, scholarships, loans, and/or Federal work study.   |   1-212-998-4444

Office of Global Services (OGS)

Get your official NYUCard -- your NYU ID Card is your key to Meal Plans, Campus

Student Health Center (SHC)

For general information about health and mental health resources, services provided,

Student Resource Center

Named for NYU's founder, Albert Gallatin, ALBERT is NYU's online student information service. Students can access ALBERT through NYUHome to update their address, register, review finances, etc. Go to and log in with a NetID and password.
